What happened was I noticed that the Congressional report I watch (and have written about here, here, and here) was finally made available online. The report is important because it is SUPPOSED to tell Congress everything our elected officials need to know about veterans’ complaints of employment discrimination. What was released the other week was for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, and it didn’t say shit. Here is what federal law requires the report to Congress to include:

38 USC §4212, AKA the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment and Assistance Act.
